At the heart of the Bramble Heart setting lies a fresh twist on traditional RPG archetypes. Instead of the usual orcs, elves, and dwarves, get ready for a magical journey with heroic animals, each embracing a unique role in the Enchanted Woodland. This world merges whimsy with peril, offering a landscape teeming with adventure — from sunlit groves to shadowy ruins where ancient secrets are waiting to be uncovered.
Players will step into the shoes (or paws!) of cunning raccoon rogues, noble elk paladins, wise owl wizards, and more. Whether you’re downloading these models to print at home or ordering through a print-on-demand service, the animal kingdom awaits you with a wealth of storytelling potential.
The Bramble Heart line isn’t just for players — it’s for anyone who appreciates the artistry of miniatures. Dedicated collectors and painters will be eager to bring these characters to life. One of the key challenges in creating Bramble Heart was aligning traditional fantasy roles with the diverse anatomy and personalities of forest creatures. Authenticity was important to us — and we had to ensure that these animals retained all the familiar trappings of medieval fantasy while staying true to their natural characteristics. Every component of the characters — movement, clothing, and features — was carefully considered during the creation process. In this world, your animal companions take on their archetypal roles with flair, all while navigating the mysterious depths of the Enchanted Woodland. Wait until you get to know them!
Each miniature in the Bramble Heart line has been carefully crafted to tell its own story. Let’s dive into all the models you’ll be able to print and paint:
Nibble was designed to embody healing and peace. She is demure, yet a powerful healer and master of white magic, shining a light to the darkness of the Enchanted Woodland. Nibble’s knowledge will surely help her party avoid the enemies’ traps and those seeking to devour new victims!
With natural armor and defense of a bushel of quills, Ironquill has a stout heart. He fearlessly pushes to the forefront of the battles to protect his friends and defeat his enemies — no matter the cost.
Rokan, a monk, is on a path of enlightenment known as the “tranquil fist.” Having sworn off weapons, he channels his inner spirit into devastating attacks and unnatural feats of physical prowess. His worn and ragged look perfectly reflects his humble character, while his defensive stance makes his protective nature easily known to those who encounter him.
Nightpelt utterly bleeds the mischievous and nimble fingers of a proper rogue. He blends into the shadows and uses his remarkable speed to his advantage. He’s a dedicated thief and assassin that never gets caught.
Coming back to our avians, Eira Blackatalon strikes a balance between heroic adventurer and dark, mysterious charlatan. More aloof than our more brash and bold heroes, she lurks in the background and harnesses arcane powers to support her party members without needlessly putting herself in harm’s way. Pretty smart!
True to his kind, Redsong is a remarkably stealthy member of the party, showing agility and flexibility in everything he does. Redsong’s powerful statue is lithe and focused. This is a great model to represent a skilled ranger on the hunt!
Armed and equipped in the tradition of his order, Oryn Dawnhoof is the spiritual center of his party. He bellows challenges to enemies and can take on the most powerful blows with his magically-enhanced armor and shield. His Goliath-like figure and hefty weapons signify his power and strength. Take heart and follow Oryn!
If you have ever faced a goose in the wild, you know firsthand there is nothing more brave (and berzerk) than the flaring wings and battle cry of the great goose! In our collection, we wanted to introduce an unexpected battle prowess. Never underestimate the pure unharnessed rage of the mighty Honk!
With silk breeches, her traveling coat, and adventuring hat, Sophie is eager to provide magical assistance and accompany her party mates on new adventures. We kept the jolly demeanor and compact proportions of one of this mini forest folk. She is always in good spirits!
Avians naturally fill a role that their legendary intelligence seems to complement. Kaelos the Wise, our owl wizard, stirs up fall leaves with the sweep of his magical wing, commanding both wisdom and presence on the table.
Tarn Riverpaw, the tall and sleek-furred Otter Druid, wears rough-woven fabrics and carries a gnarled staff that reflects his connection to the natural world. Pouches full of poultices and divining runes complete his signature look.
The smallest of our traveling companions, our Squirrel mage is young and fiery. His tiny hands are gripping an enchanted acorn. Get on his bad side, and this acorn will have a devastating impact.
And then there’s Hops McAle, our special giveaway model. Hops is our spirited rabbit bard with a love for music that only rivals his passion for a good pint! He’s full of lively tunes and hearty laughs. Whether he’s lifting our spirits, patching up a rough day with a healing song, or just keeping the good vibes going, he’s the heartbeat of a good adventure.
The world of Bramble Heart is just beginning. As we continue to develop new characters, we’ll be introducing even more exotic animals to take on fantasy roles — who knows what creatures might emerge next?
